I’m not sure if the wrong style of lettering was used, or if there is a terrible misrepresentation of what the style would look like?
I ordered a personalized flask & a set of bottle openers/coasters (which btw is a great idea!!!) for my boyfriend for Christmas. But the style of lettering looks nothing like what I ordered. It’s personalized so it can’t be corrected. Very disappointed. That being said, the workmanship is good quality. But very disappointed w/ whatever style of lettering was applied.

ALSO, I made numerous telephone calls to the telephone number provided, and no one ever answers the telephone.
